How do I create a Haulo account?
Download Haulo from the App Store, tap Sign In, and enter your email address. We'll send you a 6-digit code to verify, no password to remember. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, orders, messages, and any seller or supplier information. The action is irreversible.
If you're unable to access your account, email support@haulo.co from the address on the account and we'll process the deletion for you.
Where can I see my orders and tracking?
In the app, go to Profile → My Orders. You can see every order, its current status, and tracking information once the supplier has shipped it. We also send email updates when your order is dispatched and delivered.
How do returns and refunds work?
You can request a return within the window specified in our Terms of Service. Open the order in My Orders and tap Request Return. Returns are shipped to the supplier, and refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Why isn't a livestream playing?
Livestreams need a stable internet connection — try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the stream still won't start, force-close the app and reopen it. For ended streams, replays can take 30–60 seconds to become available after the broadcast finishes.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any product, livestream, or chat message and choose Report. Our moderation team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours, and will take action if the content violates our community guidelines.
How do I become a seller or supplier?
In the app, go to Profile → Upgrade Your Account and select Become a Seller or Become a Supplier. Fill out the short application and our team will review it within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll get access to the dashboards and Go Live tools.
